College student shot by stalker in South Delhi

A 20-year-old student has been shot outside her college in Dhaula Kuan in South Delhi. She died after being rushed to hospital. Radhika Tanwar was shot at 10.20 am as she was walking across a pedestrian bridge near the Ramlal Anand College, where she was enrolled.
